Years of foot traffic, mowing, and rain press the soil tight. Compacted soil sheds water, starves roots of air, and leaves even good seed struggling. Core aeration pulls small plugs out of the lawn and opens that soil back up.

We arrive and walk the lawn

We aerate where the soil is compacted
On lawns that need it, we core aerate first to relieve compaction and open the soil, so the seed we are about to plant has somewhere healthy to root.
We Power Seed the lawn
The power seeder slices grooves and drops seed straight into the soil in tight, even rows. Here the ground has just been worked and seeded, prepared soil with the seed cut in, ready to grow. This is the step that makes the whole renovation work.
We apply starter fertilizer
Fresh seed gets a starter feed formulated to drive early rooting, so the new grass establishes quickly and heads into the season strong.
We clean up completely
We blow off the walks and drive, clear any debris, and leave the property tidy. The only thing left behind is the lawn and the plan.
