Most lawns in our area do not fail for one reason. They get a little crabgrass in spring, a little heat stress in July, thin spots by fall, and the fixes never quite line up with the calendar. A single spray in May cannot solve a problem that started with the roots in March.
Our program is one connected schedule. Each round is timed to what your grass needs at that point in the season, so early work sets up later results. You are not buying seven separate services. You are buying a year of your lawn being looked after on time.
Bill runs the treatment side and holds the state applicator license, so every product that goes down is applied by someone trained and accountable for it. We started this program in 2022 and have been refining the timing for our local soils and weather ever since.

Here is the full year, start to finish. Every round builds on the one before it, which is why timing matters more than any single product. Tap any round to see what happens and why.
Pre-emergent and a strong first feed
We put down a crabgrass pre-emergent before the soil warms enough for it to sprout, paired with a high-nitrogen feed. The nitrogen pushes strong top growth and, just as important, drives deep root development early, so the lawn heads into summer anchored instead of shallow.

How we handle grubs and lawn pests.
You will notice the seven rounds above do not include a routine grub or pest treatment. That is on purpose. Blanketing every lawn with grub control every year treats a problem most yards do not have, and we would rather not put down a product your lawn does not need.
The honest version of staying ahead of grubs is watching for them. During the season we keep an eye out for the early signs: patches that lift like loose carpet, unusual bird or animal digging, turf that browns in irregular shapes rather than even heat stress. Grub pressure runs in cycles, and catching it as it starts is what actually protects the lawn, not a preventive dose applied on a guess.
So if we see signs of grubs or another pest issue on your property, we will take a look, tell you plainly what is going on, and treat it directly if it is warranted. If your lawn does not have a problem, you do not pay to solve one. That is the same standard we hold on fungus, which we do time proactively, applying control before overnight temperatures fall into the range where lawn fungus takes hold.
